ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Aiva Katty founded AMK Interiors with a passion for creating thoughtfully designed homes and a desire to make the building and renovation process feel more manageable for homeowners. Through her own home projects, she experienced firsthand the complexity of coordinating decisions, navigating details, and bringing a vision to life. Those experiences gave her a deeper understanding of the challenges homeowners face and inspired a process centered around thoughtful planning, clear communication, and trusted guidance.
Before founding AMK Interiors, Aiva built a successful career in corporate sales, where she developed a strong foundation in client relationships, communication, and problem solving. She brings that same commitment to service into every project, advocating for her clients and creating an experience built on trust, collaboration, and confidence.
Aiva believes a well-designed home should be more than beautiful. It should support the way you live, reflect your personality, and feel effortless for years to come. As a mom of four, she understands the importance of creating spaces that balance timeless design with the realities of everyday life. Meet Kaylee
Kaylee Antoon is an Interior Designer with a degree in Interior Design from Lawrence Technological University. With a passion for creating thoughtful and functional spaces, she brings a strong foundation in design, space planning, material selection, and visual presentation to every project. Kaylee enjoys collaborating with clients and project teams to develop environments that are both beautiful and tailored to the way people live. Her background in both interior and graphic design allows her to approach projects with a unique attention to detail, creativity, and overall cohesion.

Discovery Call
A 30-minute conversation to learn about your home, your life, your style, and the vision you have in mind. We'll determine the right service and next steps together.

Project Consultation
During your paid in-home consultation, we'll walk your home discussing your goals, lifestyle, design preferences, investment level, and priorities—then review our process and define project scope so you're clear on next steps before moving forward.

Concept & Design Development
Once your proposal is approved, the creative process begins. Through thoughtful space planning, concept development, material selections, and curated presentations, we'll create a cohesive design that reflects your vision and the way you live.

Technical Documentation
After the design direction is finalized, we prepare the detailed drawings and specifications required for construction. This includes cabinetry and millwork elevations, lighting and electrical plans, plumbing layouts, finish schedules, 3D renderings, and technical documentation to ensure every detail is executed with precision.

Procurement & Project Coordination
From placing orders to coordinating vendors and managing deliveries, we oversee every moving piece behind the scenes. Our team keeps your project organized, communicates with trusted trade partners, and ensures every detail stays on track.

Installation & Styling
The final layer is where everything comes together. We oversee white glove delivery, professional installation, and the finishing details that transform a beautifully designed space into a home that feels complete.
