ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Aiva Katty founded AMK Interiors with a passion for creating thoughtfully designed homes and a desire to make the building and renovation process feel more manageable for homeowners. Through her own home projects, she experienced firsthand the complexity of coordinating decisions, navigating details, and bringing a vision to life. Those experiences gave her a deeper understanding of the challenges homeowners face and inspired a process centered around thoughtful planning, clear communication, and trusted guidance.
Before founding AMK Interiors, Aiva built a successful career in corporate sales, where she developed a strong foundation in client relationships, communication, and problem solving. She brings that same commitment to service into every project, advocating for her clients and creating an experience built on trust, collaboration, and confidence.
Aiva believes a well-designed home should be more than beautiful. It should support the way you live, reflect your personality, and feel effortless for years to come. As a mom of four, she understands the importance of creating spaces that balance timeless design with the realities of everyday life. Kaylee Antoon is an Interior Designer with a degree in Interior Design from Lawrence Technological University. With a passion for creating thoughtful and functional spaces, she brings a strong foundation in design, space planning, material selection, and visual presentation to every project. Kaylee enjoys collaborating with clients and project teams to develop environments that are both beautiful and tailored to the way people live. Her background in both interior and graphic design allows her to approach projects with a unique attention to detail, creativity, and overall cohesion.
